Miss Orlando’s Outstanding Teen To Present Story Program at North Orange Library

Leah Roddenberry, Miss Orlando’s Outstanding Teen 2015, will be reading Dr. Seuss books at the North Orange Branch Library during Family Storytime on Sunday, March 1 at 2:15 pm. The program is in conjunction with the Read Across America Day and Dr. Seuss’s birthday.
The storytelling program is part of a weekly program at the library which takes place on Sundays at 2:15 pm. Timeless Tales Family Storytime is an effort to engage more working families to participate in reading aloud with their children.


Leah Roddenberry is an honor student at Cardinal Mooney High School in Sarasota, Florida. In 2013, she took the stage as Miss North Florida’s Outstanding Teen. She is actively involved with the Children’s Miracle Network, the national platform of the Miss America Organization.
