Snake Education with a twist

Come and enjoy a snake show with Professional Snake Handler, Chief Rowley, and his reptile friends, that’s guaranteed to both entertain and educate! Participants will leave with a better understanding of these slithering reptiles. Registration required. Call 407.835.7323 to register.

 

Visitor Author: Andrea Beaty

Orlando Public Library, Children’s Library Wednesday, September 25, 10 a.m.
Come meet Andrea Beaty, award-winning author of Secrets of the Cicada Summer; Attack of the Fluffy Bunnies; and her most recent book for young readers, Dorko the Magnificent. Hear how she started writing, got to where she is today, and ask questions of your own. Suggested for ages 8 and up. A book sale and signing will follow the event. Call 407.835.7323 to register.
