If English is your second language and you would like to practice your conversational skills join us at the library for easy, and comfort level speaking-skills practice that you will enjoy. An Adult Literacy League certified instructor will be on hand to help you build confidence. This program is brought to you in partnership by the OCLS and the Adult Literacy League.

Citizenship Inspired
This four week program helps students prepare for the Nationalization Test and Interview. To be eligible for US citizenship you must be able to read, write and speak basic English. This program is free to Orange County District card holders, Orange County Property card holders and fee card holders. Registration is required, please call 4907 835 7323 or visit us at or drop by any of our 15 locations.
