Hack-a-tronics: Machines, Motion and Engineering Using K’NEX for Kids

ID-10042774The OCLS has two different hour long workshops for kids to build learn and explore with K’NEX. Use K’NEX construction system to build machines such as transmissions, drag racers, cranes, rocket launchers, and more. Make learning about simple machines, motion and engineering fun with hands-on building. Fun for anyone ages 8 years and up. Registered children under 12 must be accompanied by a registered adult, guardian or older sibling in the workshop. All participants must register to attend. This class is taught in a collaborative learning environment. Participants may work in teams of 2-3 students.

This workshop is available at different branches at different dates and times.
